We open in March 2027. You can plan your celebration now.

Weddings

A wedding day should be lived, not merely run.

Tables laid with flowers in Lysebergh's bright dining room

A wedding is made of many small decisions and a few large moments. Our task is to make it possible for you to be present in both: in the planning, well ahead of time, and on the day itself, when you should be able to feel that you are celebrating with the people you love.

That is why we do not begin with a menu. We begin with a conversation about how you imagine the day.

Celebrating together

It is your day, and the table belongs to the people you have invited. We talk through how speeches, interludes and food should sit in relation to each other, so there is space around the moments that matter.

Nobody needs to keep time on your behalf. We agree the rhythm before the day begins.

The day we plan together

Tell us about the ceremony or the vows, whether something has to happen at a particular hour, and whether there are things you would rather avoid. The earlier we know, the more freely we can plan.

Planning towards 2027

We open in March 2027 and take weddings from 1 March 2027. If your date is in 2027 or later, you are welcome to write to us now, even if the details fall into place later.

Guest numbers and the shape of the table

Give us the approximate number of guests. We agree the shape of the table with you, based on how you would like people to sit and how the evening should unfold.

The meal

Food for weddings is agreed individually. We care that there is time to eat, and that the menu fits the rhythm of the evening rather than becoming its busiest part.

Price and contents are agreed as a whole for each wedding.
