Give us the expected number of participants, and whether there will be speeches, a review of the year or something else along the way. We agree the sequence so it serves what you want the event to do.
The meal
The menu is agreed individually. We plan the meal around when participants arrive and how the rest of the programme sits.
The agreement
Contents and price are agreed as a whole for each event and confirmed in writing before it takes place. You should not have to follow a running calculation along the way.
