01
From enquiry to agreement
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. You start by telling us about the occasion, the date or the rough period, how many you expect, and how you imagine the day or evening unfolding.
We come back with our answer, and from there we agree the individual parts: the shape, the sequence and the meal. An agreement is binding only once we have confirmed it with you in writing.
02
The date
We take bookings for celebrations from 1 March 2027 onwards. If you have not fixed a date yet, that is no obstacle: tell us the period you are considering, or mark in the form that the date is still open.
Spring and December weekends are often agreed well in advance, so an early enquiry gives you more options.
03
Number of guests
An approximate number is enough to begin with. Give us the figure you are working towards, and tell us if it may change. We agree the final number together as the event takes shape.
04
The atmosphere
Tell us how you want it to feel: a quiet dinner with room for conversation, a long evening with many speeches, or one table where everyone can follow along from end to end.
Those are the details people remember afterwards.
05
The meal
The food is adapted to each celebration and agreed with us directly. We work with clear frameworks and clear choices, so you know what you are getting and the kitchen can do it properly.
Prices and contents are agreed individually for every event.
